Home and your students
Home, at the top of the menu, shows all your groups at once. SKRM Learn opens on it; during a session (from ten minutes before), it opens straight in that group's Classroom instead.
What is on Home
- This week: your sessions in the coming week. Click one to open it.
- Needs you: homework handed in to mark (opens its hand-ins), payments to confirm (opens the student's payments in Sessions › Payments) and unread messages (opens the group's Messages).
- Recent activity: what happened in your groups this week (homework handed in, sessions booked, messages, quiz answers).
- Your groups: each group with what waits there and its next session. Click to open it; right-click it (or its ⋯) for its pages.
- Students: everyone you teach, in groups and one-to-one.
- Recent boards and Recent library items.
Your students
On Home, each student's row has a menu (right-click, or ⋯): their page in each group, their code, messages, sessions, Groups… to choose which of your groups they are in, and Remove from…. Drag a student onto a group card to add them to it.
In a group, Members lists its students. A student's page is your record of them: your own notes (never shown to them or their parents), sessions, homework and marks, quiz scores, payments and parents.
Removing a student from a group deletes their work there. A copy of their work and their own boards goes to their library, so they keep it. Their account stays, and they can join again with the class code.
Finding anything
Search in the top bar (Ctrl F, ⌘F on a Mac) finds groups, boards, students, activities, homework, quizzes and your library, and opens what you choose.
