Before you buy
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle sells Pro on our behalf (it is the merchant of record) and emails your receipt. We never see your card details.
- Can I cancel?
- At any time, under Your plan › Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Nothing you made is deleted.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, in full, within 14 days of your first payment, and within 14 days of a yearly renewal, for any reason. Monthly renewals are not refunded, as you can cancel before the next one. See the refund policy.
- Do students or parents pay?
- No. The plan is the teacher's: students and parents join for free.
